Border guards use passport stamps to check that you respect the 90-day visa-free border for short stays in the Schengen area. If the relevant entry or exit stamps are not included in your passport, border officials will assume that you crossed your border without a visa.

Belgium does not have hotels or special quarantine facilities for those who have tested positive, and you may need to arrange accommodation to extend your stay. The costs incurred by the extension of a stay in quarantine are the responsibility of the traveler.
