Previously, she interned with leading practitioners at the High Court of Kerala. She is a member of the Law and Justice Research Foundation and the legal wing of a world-renowned youth NGO. Sudha has approximately 11 years of experience in legal practice with a focus on arbitration and litigation. Prior to joining ATB Legal, Sudha worked with leading law firms and appointed senior lawyers in Delhi and Chennai. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Chennai and Delhi, the Corporate Law Board of India and various arbitral tribunals dealing with high quality arbitration. Kartik has about three years of experience in civil, criminal and commercial matters, including banking and shipping. Prior to joining ATB Legal, Kartik was associated with prominent Mumbai lawyers. The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) announced the registration of 1,080 new cases in 2020, 125% more than in 2019. She has over 15 years of experience in the legal profession, spanning several jurisdictions in the UAE, India and Singapore. Asha obtained her law degree and was admitted to the bar in India in 2005. She then obtained a Master of Laws from the National University of Singapore and practiced as a foreign lawyer in Singapore in leading law firms. She has a unique blend of industrial and professional experience. In her previous roles, she worked as in-house counsel to a UAE-based group as head of the legal department covering the GCC, India and European jurisdictions, and as deputy head of dispute resolution at a leading law firm in South India. After moving to the UAE, she was associated with local law firms in the UAE before founding ATB Legal. ATB Legal is a comprehensive legal advisory service in the UAE with offices in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. We also work with a network of companies across the GCC, in India, the UK, Singapore and Africa. Our office in the United Arab Emirates is registered with the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the courts of Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) and has all public rights. Amy has approximately 6 years of legal practice representing clients before the Kerala High Court and other courts. Amy was assigned to the chamber of a prominent senior lawyer appointed in Kerala, where she came into significant contact with litigation. She then worked for one of South India`s leading law firms, specializing in corporate, commercial and real estate matters. Amy represents a unique blend of business, trade and litigation understanding skills. Pranoy has a decade of legal practice spanning the jurisdictions of Singapore and India. His main areas of interest are maritime transport, maritime law and insurance. Previously, he worked with renowned maritime and maritime firms in Singapore and Mumbai. Pranoy advises clients on a wide range of wet and dry shipping issues, both contentious and transactional. He represents shipowners, P&I clubs, NVOCCs and cargo owners in their disputes and causations.

Anu previously interned with highly experienced lawyers and district courts, gaining important knowledge of legal practice. Anu is a prolific writer and has published articles and given presentations on legal topics. She is also the winner of numerous prizes and awards in various competitions. Biju M John has about 29 years of experience in Africa, India and the United Arab Emirates. Biju has extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. In his previous roles, Biju has represented clients before various courts in India, including the High Court of Kerala, and has led a litigation team of more than 15 lawyers in Tanzania.

Biju has also been instrumental in structuring high-value transactions and advising clients on complex corporate structures. Biju graduated from Mangalore University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and is registered as a lawyer in the Kerala Bar Council.
